The beauty of a woman is divided into two important components: The beauty of the body and the Beauty of the soul. We all perfectly understand what external beauty is: figure, skin, facial features, voice, grace, hair, etc. But the beauty of the soul is a much more capacious designation. Most likely, this is some kind of inner attraction; when it is warm and cozy with a woman, when a woman is sensual and kind.
Each of us has noticed that when a woman is not in the mood - no matter how attractive she is - she is still very repulsive.
Work, life, family, everyday stresses, consistently short sleep, constant thoughts and experiences take a lot of energy from a woman, and often she does not have time to fill up. She had already forgotten the last time she dressed up or, at least, liked herself in the mirror. Physical fatigue quickly synchronizes with mental fatigue - and a person simply begins to fade. Unfortunately, I have seen hundreds of such examples. I was even one of them.
It 's very hard to pull yourself together , especially when you don 't know where to start . Now, after many years, and realizing my entire path, I understand that I can be useful to a lot of people. Not only women who have lost their individuality, but also those who just want to go to beauty, through health and through everyday work, which becomes a way of life and an example for many.
At the age of 27, doctors diagnosed me with gouty rheumatoid arthritis, which later became reactive and developed into a more severe autoimmune disease. I was in a relationship where I wasn't loved. And I didn't love myself then either. Of course, the first thing the doctors did was put me on hormones, as well as other heavy drugs, and sent me to the hospital. The kidneys could not stand it, creatinine levels were growing and dialysis was just around the corner. I was lying in a paid ward of the Moscow Sechenovka and realized that I could no longer feel sorry for myself and it was time to act. I felt something was wrong, it only got worse for me. The doctors certainly didn't listen to me. I was left alone with my illness and decided that I had to look for other ways to recover. Without medications. Without hospitals.
It was July. I refused treatment and flew to a magical Thai island, where for the first time I tried therapeutic fasting, yoga and many spiritual practices, as well as facial massage. This was the first trigger (more intuitive) for mastering the profession of an Eco-cosmetologist.
Upon my return, I struggled with the disease for about two more years, which periodically manifested itself : I built a nutrition system , introduced more yoga and carefully returned to training, tried to avoid stress. With a lot of effort, I managed to cope and start a new life with new habits. They formed my main current philosophy: beauty and youth are, first of all, health and inner harmony.
Natural rejuvenation has undoubtedly become a part of my life. But when I started to reveal this area , I realized that it was possible to keep my youth and even go back a few years ago ! Now I am 35 years old, and believe me - I look and feel much better than I did at 27. I started my activity in the beauty field with classical and Japanese facial massage techniques. Then there was my own salon, where working hand in hand with real professionals, I quickly realized that "it doesn't work that way." What I wanted to say by that. There are hundreds, if not thousands of technicians. And almost everyone works for one evening. And I wanted to give the client a stable and long-lasting result. Later, studying various techniques, I derived my own formula for working with a face, which today is my main asset. This formula has helped many women fall in love with themselves anew! Every day, I continue to improve my skills and will do it all my life. I know that many cosmetologists, aestheticians and massage therapists often do not believe in a long-term result themselves, because they do not see it on their clients. Clients also do not see: they do not feel the professionalism or interest of the master, and do not return.
But believe me, as soon as you see the result, you will immediately want to work in double strength! And this is what I am saying now to both the master and the client. I strive to pass on the best of the collected knowledge to my followers. Not only practice, but also your own experience - the ability to think like a true professional in your field. Feel, do and think. Looking back, I can say with absolute confidence that every technique I studied, every negative and positive experience, every teacher and client of mine were the most important links in the chain of my professional growth and development. I've chosen the best of what I've been through to pass it on to you.
